What is Chat GPT?
Before I introduce a tool that is the perfect solution lets just explain WHAT IS ChatGPT
ChatGPT is a free AI software, it can write poems, and articles, and it can remember what users said earlier in the conversation
ChatGPT was released in November 2023. The AI software can generate a wide range of written content, including poems, articles, and responses to user input. The capabilities of ChatGPT are certainly impressive, it raises some important questions about its potential impact on the quality and originality of content. Is ChatGPT nothing more than a “remixer” of existing content? Possibly. But it is a starting block that is certainly one of value.
So the Dilemma and The Controversy, where do we start? The video above can explain it a lot better than a written article so watch that first.
ChatGPT with Google Business Profile
Can it be used on Google Business? Oh yes, but again with manual expertise it can save hours each week. Watch this video on how easy this can be
The ChatGPT Dilemma
Small business owners are facing an interesting dilemma, as Google’s emphasis on ranking high-quality content can be challenging to produce. The thought of writing content can be daunting, and even medium-sized businesses often struggle to keep up with the demand for fresh content.
You could hire writers to create content for you, but this can be expensive. Others choose not to write any content at all, but this results in poor search engine rankings and little exposure for their business. Some may also attempt to write their own content, but this can be time-consuming and often results in poor-quality content.
The ChatGPT Controversy
Recently, a new option has emerged that uses AI to generate high-quality content. This approach has generated some controversy, as some believe that AI-generated content is impersonal and lacks the personal touch that customers appreciate.
Google, however, understands that not all content is created equal. In addition to traditional search engine optimization technique , the company has introduced the concept of E-A-T, which stands for Expertise, Authority, and Trustworthiness. Google evaluates content not only on its relevance to a given topic but also on the qualifications and experience of the person who created it.
Google Gives ChatGPT A Code Red
Recently, there has been a significant challenge to Google’s search engine business. It was so significant that the management at Google issued a “code red” in response. See https://www.independent.co.uk/tech/google-chatgpt-ai-code-red-b2249722.html. This challenge is likely related to the impact of AI-generated content on the search engine industry. It’s likely that many websites will try to use AI tools to generate large amounts of content, however, it’s important to be cautious. Google has previously warned that it does not want to see AI-generated content being used for SEO spam. See this article earlier this year, https://searchengineland.com/google-ai-generated-content-spam-383454.

Not All About Content Though
This week, Google’s manual guidelines were updated to include another “E”, for Experience. This indicates that content quality can also be evaluated through the lens of understanding the extent to which the content creator has first-hand experience in the topic. So we now coin the acronym as E-E-A-T.
So business owners are facing a significant challenge in producing high-quality content that meets the demands of Google’s search algorithms. However, the use of AI-generated content can be an effective solution that can help businesses overcome this challenge. This can also provide insights on customer experience.
