Zanet Design has worked with Hydenlyne for many years. So after several years of the current site serving them well, they requested a redesign and upgrade to the latest technology.
We were pleased to help them get their site looking great on multi-devices.
The brief required a new fresh design. The client was given the ability to see how the new website design would look on mobiles, tablet and PC. The design focus is on environmental benefits as well as seismic services, so the new design and images would need to portray this.
The original Hydenlyne style and branding will continue to be reflected in the new design, but the content will be presented in an appealing way with the use of simple statements, and icons to bite-size much of the new content to make it clearer and easier to use. One of the lovely parts of the design included a world map needing an image map for 100’s of locations. This would have been easy using Dreamweaver but as you will know that’s no longer a current tool. The challenge was accomplished after reviewing several image map generator tools.
With screen resolutions and definitions improving somewhat, all pages were optimised to deliver better use of high-quality images across the website to present a clearer message to visitors.
The web site was totally rebuilt using HTML themes within WordPress Management System. The website theme works perfectly on mobiles and tablets as well as large screen resolutions and was tested on the clients’ own devices as well as many other popular browser device combinations.
The new site had a greater integration with Facebook and LinkedIn.
We were also commissioned to redesign the current Facebook and LinkedIn pages so it reflects the new look and images used on the redesigned website.
The client could review a copy of the site and test it using a secure development area. We delivered the above on time for the delighted client.
