- Presence of Multiple Profiles with Same Phone Number
- Mis-match Address on GBP Landing Page
- Incorrectly-placed Map Marker in GBP

- Incorrect Primary Category
- Incomplete/Missing Data
- Presence of Stock Photos on Profile
- Mis-match NAP or Absence of Crawlable NAP

its worth mentioning that there are several issues related to reviews as well, So just so you are covered there, be aware of ....
- Reports of Fake Reviews on your GBP
- Receiving Too Many Google Reviews Too Fast
- Quantity of Negative Google Review Attributes
- No Owner Responses to Any Reviews
- Negative Sentiment in Google Reviews
- Negative Sentiment in Third-Party Reviews
- Low Numerical Ratings of Google Reviews (e.g. 1-2)

As mentioned previously, Not all will suspend you but they will have a negative impact on rank at best
So here is the most crucial danger that is highly likely to result in suspension.
The number one mistake ....Using an incorrect address such as a PO Box, UPS Mail Store, Virtual Office, or any other fabricated location.
