If you cant see it you need to log in using the email account that manages your business profile, then in google type your busienss name
This is your main centre to add and optimise the basics for your profile
Share the email if you want your friends to rank there business in Google too
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO FIX IT
There are two options here.
The main goal is to get your profile completed throughout, this will then give a powerful ranking signal back to Google.
Simply follow through on each suggestion and get the profile strength to a nice 100 percent green circle which look like this

Then Get the cards fully optimised and add all the correct details
Just follow the guidelines and you should find you can gradually clear all these cards and get a complete profile

1. Opening Date
Use the business's start date, not the specific location's opening date.
Google likes it when you've been around for a while!
It build authority in Google
2. Duplicate Businesses
Check for sneaky duplicate business on Google Maps.
Watch out for listings of your past and present team members.
You can report those listings if they are misusing the system
3. Service Area or Store
If you've got a physical store, skip the service area section.
Service-centric? Paint a visual picture of your reach.
4. Hours
Fill out those hours – don't let Google guess for you
Special hours for holidays help avoid surprise visits!
5. Website
Your landing page is crucial – usually, it's the homepage.
Different links for different businesses – menus, appointments, bookings?
Don't forget those UTM codes for Google Analytics tracking.
6. Categories
Choose your categories wisely, especially the "primary category."
Swap them out with the seasons if that makes sense – it can be a game-changer!
No stress about too many categories if they are relevant.
7. Q&A
Your Q and A should be helpful and reflect your FAQs on your website
Monitor those Q&A for improved customer engagement.
Helping customers build your business reputation and authority!
8. Attributes
Update those attributes, Google loves them in its results
Identity attributes like "woman-led" can boost your Google rank.
9. Google Posts
Use offer posts – people love a good deal.
Once a month is the sweet spot, but more if your business is always buzzing.
Add updates every 7 days
10. Product and Service
Even if you don't sell products, use the product section for services.
Predefined services matter for rankings – don't miss them.
