Today there are lots of ways to message and communicate your brand. According to Google, Customers are keen on messaging rather than calling these days. There is a rise in non-call contacting, so online chat, texting, messaging, WhattsApping are now part of business communication.

Do you use an app and see a quick response as SEO?

The faster you respond the more positive the signal that your business has communication. All these alerts on Yelp, Facebook, GMB it's being noted...well I believe it's true.
