Today there are lots of ways to message and communicate your brand. According to Google, Customers are keen on messaging rather than calling these days. There is a rise in non-call contacting, so online chat, texting, messaging, WhattsApping are now part of business communication.

Do you use an app and see a quick response as SEO?

The faster you respond the more positive the signal that your business has communication. All these alerts on Yelp, Facebook, GMB it's being noted...well I believe it's true.

Each day more and more customers are looking for that quick response, so they can plan accordingly and get what it is they require whether it's a service or a product.

  • Do you use messaging as you don't want to pitch down the phone?

I recently bought my phone using a live chat. I managed to negotiate a better deal, by 3 increases, while I was playing chess, messaging clearly enables multi-tasking!

Another GMB feature is video conferencing. You can add this via the GMB backend. You could use a calendar, Zoom, Google or Skype here, just ask your customers how they like to communicate.
