If you want a quick answer then YES Despite being the most flexible and powerful CMS platform, WordPress is quite easy to use for beginners. If you asked me that last month my answer would have been NO – so let me explain what has changed when WordPress became easy from 5.9 onwards

So asking business owners for a definite yes or no to the question “Is WordPress easy to use” is a question that could divide opinion depending on how much skill you have.
If I go down my local library they have a course there teaching people how a mouse works! – so is WordPress easy to use for them – No, it would blow their minds!
Assuming you are of a level where you could write a word document and the main issue limitation would be you aren’t a designer or a coder then that’s the reasonable level most of my visitors come in at. Shopify can be ideal for a quick way to set up an online shop and get sales made. It is easy to use but requires some learning curve. WordPress gives you a lot more flexibility and with Woocommerce a similar functionality, but for an instant shop, Shopify is perfect. Ideal for shops to sell, ship and process payments anywhere.
This is a rochure style builder. Wix comes with a smart drag and drop interface. Wix is a low maintenance builder with an easy learning curve. As with Squarespace and Shopify, it is not that adaptable. Wix does have some hidden costs if you want to use it to the full for your business.
