Zanet Design
This is no problem if you have a person who is well qualified to manage your Google My Business listing, as you can now Invite more users to manage your Business Profile.
So today we will look at the simple step of How to give Google My Business Manager Access
This has always been, there. Admittedly its slightly off peoples radar as its hidden away. On the left-hand menu. Click Users and it will open up access to an area where you can add the manager’s email address and set their profile capabilities.
This seems to be making itself known on users dashboards as a reminder of the importance Google has for getting more users adding more relevant data. This tells me Google really wants your business well managed and will reward you for it. Get this right and you will be one up on your competitors.
The last thing you want is the Laurel and Hardy sketch where the dish is washed up by Hardy, then Laurel drys it and puts it on the side of Hardy. Hardy now assumes its in the dirty pile and washes it up again and again. This illustrates that too many cooks can spoil the broth! So make sure you and your client understand what powers and limitations are in place and never assume.
OWNERS
So what is Google My Business Owners? Each profile can have multiple owners, but only one primary owner. Owners and primary owners have the same capabilities, but a primary owner can’t remove themselves from a profile until they transfer their primary ownership to another user.
MANAGERS
Should I make them a Google My Business Manager? Managers have most of the capabilities of an owner but don’t have more sensitive capabilities, like removing the profile or managing users.
SITE MANAGERS
How about using Site managers is that the ideal power? Site managers have most of the capabilities of a manager, but can’t edit all business information. A site manager can request to upgrade to a manager or owner of a verified listing. The owner can approve or deny the request.

A lot of the work in building up the reputation of a business online with Google requires web design skills and background, but with an understanding of SEO and marketing.
