What I found was staggering.
Not Only Did AI Agree with me, but AI was making it even more vital, so what is it?

Conversion is simply getting someone to respond to your call-to-action.
Many businesses forget that they need the customer who finds them to take action, and in most cases that's a phone call, message, email , text or online purchase.
What I discovered is most businesses havent considered making this easy.
A clear call to action will tell visitors what you want them to do, whether it's booking an appointment, calling for a quote, or visiting your store.
- A business is ranking #1 get 1000s of customers discover them yet no call to action
results = $0.00
- Another business ranks #17 gets 10 customers who all use the call to action

I ran this through AI too and it agreed with these findings and the need for more businesses to appeal to customers to take action

Mobile-friendly websites that load fast are always going to help conversion rate. Many local searches happen on mobile devices. Make sure your website is responsive and easy to navigate on smartphones and tablets. Add to this fast loading times as slow websites frustrate visitors.

Engaging website and Google Business content that is informative and valuable for your target audience. This is where FAQ's are very helpful and worth spending time on. Answering user questions on the Google Business Profile and utilizing the Google Q&A section with helpful answers to common questions is going to give really positive signals back to Google and get customers taking action
